"Doing Human Physical Therapy has been very helpful in improving my strength and mobility. Sessions are tailored according to my particular injuries and goals, proficiency in watching my movement, and the ability to spot even the smallest deviation from proper form is exceptional. The results speak for themselves — I have seen significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and mobility. I would highly recommend Human Physical Therapy!"- Candy
"I started my virtual PT program in January of 2021. I previously went to a PT facility for 3 months and the treatment didn’t help at all. Once I started with Human Physical Therapy, within a month my symptoms started to subside and I knew the treatment plans we set up was working well for me! The virtual PT is great because you get to see the PT and walk through your treatment plan and fix, add anything that’s working or not working for you! It’s all customized/tailored for you and not a basic plan that is used on everyone. Over the last year I’ve had ups and downs with getting hurt and my PT knew what to do and how to help! We also have had treatments virtually where he can see my progress and has me make any adjustments needed to have the best results possible!"- Ross M.
"In-person or virtual - when you have a Physical Therapy/Training session you get 100% of attention, talent, and knowledge. The PTs disposition, character, and education are exemplary. There is a unique and extraordinary ability to focus 100% on the customer during sessions - and this is equally evident during virtual training sessions and in-person sessions. The PT is always prepared and expertly crafts programs to address his clients' goals; for me, it was recovering from shoulder surgery, improving posture, increasing strength, all with the overarching goal of keeping me injury-free to live a very active life. I enthusiastically recommend Human Physical Therapy."- Daryl
"I struggled with my weight all my life, and when my sister passed away last year, I made the choice to start working towards a healthy and more fulfilling way of life. This wouldn’t have been remotely possible without Human Physical Therapy. Not only did the training program challenge me physically and help me begin my weight loss journey, the PT helped me feel emotionally supported and understood. Human Physical Therapy has a strong understanding of the connection between physical and emotional health and is truly brilliant at what they do! Human Physical Therapy has already helped so many people and I have no doubt they will continue to do so."- Leah
"Human Physical Therapy pays close attention to form and movement and is ready to change what needs to be changed when it comes to making things harder, easier, or adapting moves to fit different health needs. They are greatly knowledgeable of the body which enables them to quickly modify movements to suit individuals. They are good at knowing the threshold of pushing you farther than you thought you could go, but not so far as to hurt yourself or dislike training.- Rebecca
The PT understands how connected the mind and body are and so invests energies in not just helping you fix the pain of your body but the root of the problems plaguing you. (And this is a big one). Human Physical Therapy has a genuine interest in seeing the clients succeed to the point of full healing and no longer needing services. There is great emphasis on not making quick and easy changes that won't last you, but instead on changing your lifestyle and maintaining the momentum of getting better everyday and putting in the hard work real change requires."
"I began working with Human Physical Therapy when I needed to regain my strength, coordination, and flexibility after a freaky and nagging back injury kept me on the sidelines long enough that I lost nearly all my muscle mass. We started out with very, very basic exercises which helped eliminate my stiffness and gave me the confidence that additional exertion would not be injurious. We moved to specifically targeted exercises for the large muscle groups and then finally on to full body work. I am amazed at how much stronger I am than when I first began with Human Physical Therapy.- Monica
I have had both in-person and virtual sessions with Human Physical Therapy. The virtual sessions have allowed our continuous work together, despite various travel commitments as well as my work schedule conflicts. The virtual sessions are a logical extension of our in-person sessions, and they have worked beautifully. They allow for the same focused attention to form and function that the in-person sessions do because they are a stickler for the details. I introduced my nephew, who lives miles away in a different part of the county, to Human Physical Therapy and they have been working together for over a year now – initially as my nephew recovered from ankle surgery. I believe my nephew has benefited as much as I have from his work with Therastong PT, and their sessions have all been virtual."
